1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "7c333", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the Platform.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the Platform.

3 Eligibility and Age Verification

3.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use the Platform in any capacity. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 7c333 applies a strict 21+ policy across all products and services.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

7c333 reserves the right to request identity documents from any Player at any time. This includes, but is not limited to, a government-issued national ID card, passport, or birth certificate. Players may also be asked to provide proof of address and proof of payment method ownership.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe — typically 72 hours of the request being made — may result in temporary Account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

3.3 Geographic Eligibility

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money games and betting markets on the Platform, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. 7c333 uses device fingerprinting, IP address monitoring, and payment method cross-referencing to detect multiple accounts.

Where duplicate Accounts are identified, 7c333 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void all wagers placed from those Accounts, and forfeit any balances or Bonus Funds held therein.

4.3 Accuracy of Information

You are obligated to keep your Account information accurate and up to date at all times. If any information changes — including your contact details, address, or payment method — you must update your Account promptly. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, permit any other person to access your Account, or use another player's Account.

7c333 recommends using a strong, unique password for your Account and enabling any available two-factor authentication feature. In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify 7c333's support team immediately at [email protected].

7c333 accepts no liability for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access that results from your failure to maintain password security or your sharing of credentials with third parties.

6 Deposits and Payments

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

7c333 currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Availability of specific payment methods may vary. Players are advised to check the cashier section of the Platform for the current list of active deposit options.

6.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no service fee applied by 7c333 on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 7c333 accepts no responsibility.

6.3 Own-Name Payments Only

All deposits must be made from a payment account, mobile wallet, or card registered in the Account holder's own name. Third-party payments — where funds are sent by someone other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as a third-party payment will be reversed and the associated Account investigated.

6.4 Currency

The Platform operates in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All balances, wagers, and winnings are displayed and processed in Taka. 7c333 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

6.5 Deposit Processing Time

bKash and Nagad deposits are credited to your 7c333 wallet in real time under normal operating conditions. In rare cases involving network delays or maintenance windows, deposits may take up to 30 minutes to be reflected. If your deposit has not appeared within 60 minutes, please contact support with your transaction reference number.

7 Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad wallets are processed within 30 minutes on average during standard operating hours. Requests to Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard may take longer depending on the processing times of the respective payment provider.

7.2 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed. There is no maximum withdrawal limit applicable under these Terms, although 7c333 reserves the right to apply enhanced verification procedures for large withdrawal amounts.

7.3 Verification Requirement

All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Players who have not completed identity verification will be required to do so before any withdrawal is processed. 7c333 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals that exceed certain thresholds or that are flagged by the platform's fraud detection systems.

7.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

Where operationally possible, 7c333 will return funds to the same payment method used to make the original deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to ensure that withdrawn funds are returned to the verified account holder.

7.5 Withdrawal Fees

7c333 does not charge fees on withdrawals processed via bKash or Nagad. Fees may apply for withdrawals to certain bank cards or alternative payment methods; any applicable fees will be displayed clearly in the cashier section at the time the withdrawal is requested.

8 Bonuses and Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

8.2 Wagering Requirements

8.5 Bonus Abuse

9 Games and Betting Rules

Games may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, software updates, or decisions by the game provider.

9.2 Game Rules

10 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7c333 Platform. Any Player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended or permanently closed, all associated wagers voided, and all balances forfeited at 7c333's sole discretion:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or artificial intelligence to place wagers or interact with the Platform on your behalf.
• Exploiting known or unknown software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform or any game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome by exploiting discrepancies between 7c333's odds and those of another operator.

13 Privacy and Data

7c333's total aggregate liability to any Player, in respect of all claims arising under these Terms, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the twelve months preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 7c333's liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by 7c333's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15 Account Suspension and Closure

15.1 Suspension by 7c333

7c333 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any Account at any time, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other conduct that 7c333 determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players.

15.2 Permanent Closure by 7c333

Following investigation of a suspended Account, 7c333 may elect to permanently close the Account. Where closure follows a confirmed breach of these Terms, any Balance and Bonus Funds held in the Account will be forfeited. Where the closure is not related to player misconduct, the verified Balance will be returned to the player.

15.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before an Account can be closed, any pending withdrawal requests must be processed and all active Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Self-exclusion requests are handled separately and are described on the Responsible Gaming page.

16 Amendments to These Terms

7c333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. 17 Governing Law and Disputes

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 calendar days of the initial complaint being submitted, either party may escalate the matter through formal dispute resolution channels. 7c333 is committed to fair and transparent resolution of all player disputes and will cooperate fully with any applicable dispute resolution process.

17.3 Game Outcome Disputes

In the event of a dispute regarding a specific game outcome or sports betting settlement, 7c333's decision — based on the game server logs and the official records of the relevant game provider or sports data provider — shall be final and binding. Game server records are the definitive source of truth in all outcome-related disputes, and no claim based solely on a player's screenshot or device display will be accepted as conclusive evidence.

17.4 Time Limit for Disputes

Any dispute or claim relating to a specific transaction, game round, or promotional offer must be submitted to 7c333 within 90 calendar days of the date on which the relevant event occurred. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered and are deemed waived by the player.
